How to Report a Concern
Citizens may report concerns in the following ways:
- In person at any of the Municipal Office - 1 Bailey Street in Port Carling;
- Over the phone at 705-765-3156; or
- Online using one of the online forms below for non-urgent concerns only.
If the problem you are reporting is an immediate threat to health and safety, and requires Police, Fire or Ambulance, please call 911.
Online forms are not monitored on evenings and weekends. If you have urgent after-hours concerns, please call 705-765-3156.
