Disposition of Original Shore Road Allowance - Roll 2-27-046-02

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE 

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to sell that part of the flooded original shore road allowance in front of Lot 32, Concession 14,  (closed by By-Law 2021-134, MT254555) geographic Township of Watt, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 on Plan 35R-27240.

The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, on the 16^th day of January, 2024 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon.
