Disposition of Original Road Allowance - Roll 4-16-056

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to sell that part of the original road allowance between the Townships of Humphry (Humphrey) and Medora, in front of part of Lots 31 and 32, Concession 14, (closed by By-Law No. 68-16) now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 on Plan RD-797.

The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, 11^th day of December, 2024 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below.  (REES, Roll #4-16-056, 1405 Juddhaven Road, Unit #54).
