Acquisition of Land, Roll No. 5-8-101

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

 TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to acquire Part of Lot 74, Plan 1 Port Carling, now in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, in the District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 6 on Plan 35R-14366, located at 7 Bailey Street in Port Carling;

 The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, on the 16^th day of January, 2024 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below.  (Roll #5-8-101, 7 Bailey Street, Port Carling).
